Cater Waiter Ct was founded by Claudia Fascenelli who has developed a great reputation as a caterer and chef for over 25 years. Claudia was born in Westchester County, spending her most formative years in the family home on a pastoral lake surrounded by woods and the bounty of nature in Bedford, NY. The connection between humans and nature has always been an essential influence on Claudia and is still the ‘north star’ guiding her engagement with everyone in her circle – friends, family, colleagues and clients.
